It was Saturday 25th October and I was having a bit of me time in Lowsec killing rats for random drops in my Legion. I'm just minding my own business on my own in the LS system and another name appears in Local.
As I didn't know what was going on, I decided to change ships to my Stealth Bomber. This new name in local was hanging around so I bounced around the system and got him in his Buzzard on DSCAN.
I scanned down the 3 relic sites and found him hacking a can at one of the sites.
I closed in and then uncloaked and scrammed him. Pew Pew Pew! As I got him into armour he yelled RANSOM! in local. Jeez he must have looted some good shit! I thought I could have a chat so I stopped shooting to type in Local.
The only problem was that my MWD was still active and my cap ran out. He was away as soon as the scram deactivated and I felt like a retard.
Had a chat to the guy afterwards and he didn't realise that probes appeared on DSCAN so he had no idea he had been scanned down.
